Einband is a Lace weight yarn made from 100% Icelandic wool, ideal for knitting delicate sweaters and shawls, among other gorgeous garments, with a lovely, natural warmth. As this yarn has some stretch and is expected to shrink after washing, we recommend preparing a sample to wash and block to first determine the precise gauge and needle size to use in your project. Following washing, Einband becomes beautifully soft. 

Note: Projects made from Einband stretch and are therefore difficult to measure until they have been washed. Be sure to check your gauge before and after blocking.
