ITO Serishin
ITO Serishin is a luxurious silk yarn with tremendous sheen. Its unique structure comes from single silk filaments laid flat to form a flat tape, somewhat reminiscent of raffia bast. Knitted up and washed, it creates a soft and fluid fabric with incredible drape.

The brilliant red color and fluttery design of this delicate shawl are meant to evoke the phenomenon at the end of summer when the trees go up in glorious flames of brilliant red leaves. Enji is knit in sumptuous silk Ito Serishin, a ribbon yarn that creates a fabric with beautiful drape.
There are charts and written directions provided for the knitted-on border.
It is possible to customize the shawl size, directions are given in the pattern.
